Rental Fees
$45 per month when renting monthly
$40 per month when paying in advance for a 3 month rental period
$35 per month when paying in advance for a 6 month rental period
Additional cost
$50 for adapter kit (yours to keep) Ameda offers the only BPA-free adaptor kits.
