What Makes up a Good, Nutritious, Balanced Daily Diet During Pregnancy?


We serve women a with wide variety of diets. We serve families who are vegan, vegetarian, omnivore,  peskatarian, paleo and other diets.

We prefer  a mom eat whole foods.  With lots of vegetables and preferably made at home.  If you eat grains please make sure they are whole grains.

It would be ideal if you choose as much organic food as possible.
