In order for things to run smoothly during the labor and birth of your baby, it is necessary and requested that all items be available and ready 4 weeks prior to your due date, including your Birth Kit. Once labor is underway and during the early phases of labor, it is advised that preparations for the birthing room be made. Be sure that all linens are clean, pantry is stocked and everything is in its place.

If you have any questions or concerns pertaining to this list and directions, please discuss this well in advance of your due date. It is our goal to have a healthy, prepared and positive experience, and we look forward to this special time.
