What to Bring:

Water Bottle.  Wear a skirt, leggings, comfortable, loose, breathable clothing.  Feel free to wear / bring scarves & jinglies.  Clean bare feet or soft soled shoes.

Belly Dancing is not recommended if:

You are having threatened premature labor, you have pre-eclampsia or placenta previa.
